Last chance this year to visit the digs of the Las Cravieros artisan group, led by archaeologist Benoit Favennec Inrap
The site of Las Cravieros (Fanjeaux, Aude), is an important multifunctional artisan group active between the end of the 4th century. and the beginning of life s. app. J. -C. The remains span a little under two hectares. The results carried out at this site have shown that the Las Cravieros site is the most consequential potter and tiler group in terms of arrangements dug for Late Antiquity throughout France.
Its production, very varied, is voluminous and spread over a wide territory (Toulouse, Narbonne, Perpignan and Béziers)
